New Laws for removal of Driver Disqualifications
Under new laws, if you have been disqualified for a lengthy period, you may be eligible to have the disqualification period removed. You have to be eligible to apply to the Court for the removal of the disqualification. You can apply for the removal of the disqualification if you have not been convicted of the more “serious” offences listed nor have a mandatory interlock order against you.
